Prerequisite: Experience with webpage design and teacher approval.
This course is designed to give qualified students hands-on experience developing and maintaining the Aptos High School website. Students will work to organize, develop and maintain the school website and coordinate and students the submission of content for the site. Each member of the web production team must be a team-player and be responsible for their individual roles in the process of creating and maintaining the website. Students will study and practice the fundamentals of good webdesign and management. This involves many challenging and interesting technological and managerial roles and responsibilities. Students with interests and skills in technology, business, art, public relations, advertising, photography, and other areas will find tremendous opportunity for growth in these areas.
