Course Description

• Spanish for Spanish Speakers 2
  Grade Level: 9-12
  Prerequisite: Spanish as a primary or home language;"C"or better in SS1 and or Teacher recomendation.
  This elective, yearlong course continues the development of reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills in Spanish through the study of relevant literature.  Students are empowered through self-expression in writing and speaking, and self-esteem is enhanced through appreciation of Latino literature and culture.
