The English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) provides advice and assists the school in particular areas that are required by the state of California.  It is primarily composed of parents whose children are acquiring English as a second language.  Other school personnel may participate.  

 

The ELAC advises the school principal and staff on the school’s program for English learners and advises the School Site Council (SSC) on the development of the Single School Plan for Student Achievement 

It assists in the development of the school's needs assessment and in efforts to make parents aware of the importance of regular school attendance.
